Questions
How does the voucher arrive?
As soon as you pay, we email you a gift voucher with a unique code. Forward it to them, or print it and put it in a card. Choose the posted card option and we'll also hand-write a My Custom Look card with the code on it and post it to the address you give.
How do they use it?
They design their item on our website as normal, then enter the code at checkout in the "Gift voucher" box. The voucher comes off the order total. If the order costs more than the voucher, they pay the difference by card.
What if they don't spend it all at once?
Whatever's left stays on the code. They can use it on as many orders as they like until it runs out or expires.
How long is it valid?
12 months from the day you buy it. The expiry date is printed on the voucher.
Can it be used with a discount code?
Yes. The discount is taken off first, then the voucher comes off what's left.
Can they use it on kids' clothing?
Yes — anything on the site, adults' or children's.
Lost the code?
Email hello@mycustomlook.com with the name and email it was bought under and we'll resend it. Vouchers can't be exchanged for cash.
